Lucia Eau de Parfum ($30 - $142; ulta.com) is a new addition to Tocca’s exquisite fragrance line. Lucia is a light, citrus floral, perfect for spring, summer and early fall. The fragrance notes include Lemon Oil, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Fig, Rose Water, Geranium Oil, Vetiver Oil, Cedarwood and Tobacco. The opening is very fresh, not too heady, but lush. The lemon oil, grapefruit and rose water are the prominent notes which then settles down to a soft, comforting veriver, geranium and cedarwood oil blend. The dry down has hints of the tobacco which keeps the fragrance interesting. The floral notes still linger through drydown which makes this so sophisticated and feminine. Lucia has amazing longevity and lasted almost the whole day on me. The bottle design is gorgeous as well, much like all other Tocca fragrances.
