A few last minute holiday fragrance and skincare sets that I’m currently loving!
Jo Malone Orange Bitters Cologne ($82; dillards.com) is a new launch for the holidays. The main notes include sweet orange, bitter orange and sandalwood. The opening is quite soft, slightly citrusy and fresh. The dry down brings about a cozy warmth from the sandalwood while the orange notes linger on. The holiday packaging and the fragrance are both limited edition, and the fragrance itself is great for this time of the year through spring and makes for a wonderful holiday gift!
The Ultimate Vault Collection ($450; sephora.com) is a gorgeous selection of Sunday Riley’s best sellers. Some of my favorites are here! My top picks would be Pink Drink Essence, which is something I use almost everyday in my skincare routine, The Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment is a really nice exfoliant for baby soft skin and the B3 Nice 10% Niacinamide Treatment which I just started trying out and really liking it so far. I also have tried the CEO Afterglow Brightening cream in the past and love the texture and fragrance of that one.
The Issey Miyake L'Eau D'Issey 3-piece Eau de Toilette Gift Set ($102; macys.com) is a beautiful aquatic floral fragrance set from Issey Miyake, with notes of lotus, rosewater, freesia, peony, white lily, carnation sandalwood, musk, tuberose, amber seed, cedarwood and osmanthus. This is a feminine, sophisticated floral fragrance for all through the year. I love the packaging on this one and would recommend this fragrance if you like white florals that can be used any season, especially great for spring and transitioning from fall-winter.
The A’mmare Roller Ball Perfume Oil Set ($125; bigelowchemists.com) is a three piece rollerball set with gorgeous packaging from Carthusia. A’mmare has notes of Bergamot, Salt Crystals, Rosemary, Mint Leaves, Cedarwood, Patchouli and Musk and is a pleasant aquatic floral. It's a tad musky upon dry down, but a classic, light fragrance that isn’t overwhelming and is great for summer.
Ole Henriksen has great holiday kits and the Radiance Retreat ($46; olehenriksen.com) is one of my favorites. I also like the BeamCream Smoothing Body Moisturizer ($38; olehenriksen.com), a rich body moisturizer with AHA that is nice for this time of the year to exfoliate dry skin. The Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum is a great everyday, light textured Vitamin C serum that goes under moisturizer or works by itself.
Goldfaden MD has some great stocking stuffers every year and this Radiance Boosting Starter Set ($45; goldfadenmd.com) is a good one for anyone wanting to try a few of their products. The Vital Boost is a great everyday moisturizer for anyone wanting a lightweight cream under makeup while the Doctor’s Scrub is one of my favorite physical exfoliators that isn't too harsh. The mini sizes are great to travel with as well!
C.O Bigelow’s Iconic Bergamot Hand Wash Set ($29; bigelowchemists.com) is a fresh smelling citrus duo that is great to have on your kitchen sink. The Hand Wash is mild and doesn't dry out skin, while the Hand Cream is lightweight, non-greasy and works for day and night time. The bergamot scent is fresh and zesty which I Iove!
