It's a beautiful texture that feels silky and smooth and can be used alone, mixed in with foundations or underneath powder highlighters. Peau de Rose is a cool toned rose that works with quite a few skin tones and helps highlight beautifully without emphasizing skin texture. I also like it as a primer before makeup to add a dewy skin glow that helps boost natural radiance and add a natural looking glow. This looks great on dry, aging skin by plumping it and also doesn't feel sticky or tacky. The lasting power is average and it does disappear on the skin within a couple of hours, especially when used alone as a highlighter. I like the petite bottle that is quite easy to use since a little bit goes a really long way.
