Push Play and Vintage Vanity ($10 each; ulta.com) are two new collections from essie for the summer, featuring bright creams and jewel tones. I love how the colors here are wearable and flatter a variety of skin tones. The essie wide brush is super comfortable to work with and coats the nails with color evenly while preventing bubbles. Push Play has summer brights and most of them are one coaters, but two gives a glossy, opaque pigment. Sunshine Be Mine is a gorgeous yellow creme that isn't streaky which is so difficult to find. There’s also a gray toned black that is great as a transition shade for fall and is a nice alternative to black. In My Sandbox, Climbing High and Start Signs Only are my top 3 favorites from this collection.
Vintage Vanity is another gorgeous collection that I cannot pick a favorite from. Every color here is wearable and opaque and also very easy to work with. Each one of them is something I’d wear all through the year and they are also great for fall and winter. Overall, fabulous collection from essie with an easy to work with formula.
