The High Vibe Lip Color ($32; shop.nordstrom.com) is a recent launch from Laura Mercier, a saturated, creamy lipstick that comes in 16 gorgeous shades. The slim rose gold packaging is sleek and the formula is smooth, silky and moisturizing. It has an almost silicone-y slip that helps the color glide on effortlessly. I do think it can enhance some dry patches on lips, so be sure to use a lip balm prior to this if you have very dry lips. The darker colors leave a stain behind after a few hours and all four shades I tried had an average of 2-3 hours of wear time while fading evenly. The formula does not actually set since it is on the creamier side, so it can move around a little bit and is better when paired with a lip liner. There's a slightly sweet vanilla scent that fades rather quickly and isn't bothersome at all. The finish is a beautiful, creamy satin finish and the overall color selection is gorgeous with shades flattering every skin tone.
