The Essence Extreme Shine Volume Lipgloss ($3.99; ulta.com) is such a fabulous plumping lip gloss that is moisturizing, shiny and comes in some amazing colors. I love it by itself or as a subtle topper with lipsticks.
The Double Trouble Mascaras ($5.99; ulta.com) by essence are amazing for anyone with short, stubby lashes. They help build volume, separate and lengthen. It is easy to go overboard with this one since the brush is very wide and big, but one coat adds a lot of volume. It comes in both waterproof and regular, but I prefer the regular since it is easier to work with for my lashes.
The Aveeno Strength & Length Plant Protein Blend ($7.99; target.com) is a fabulous shampoo for anyone with normal-dry hair. It cleanses beautifully, adds a lot of bounce and volume. A little bit goes a long way with this one and it doesn't leave my scalp feeling oily. The conditioner is great if you have fine hair since it is lightly moisturizing and washes off clean without making hair greasy.
Essie’s Summer 2022 ($9; target.com) collection features six bright shades in cream and metallic finishes. The formula, just like everything else from essie is just smooth, easy to work with and dries quickly.
The Extreme Volume Mascara + Bold Lash Primer ($19.99; ulta.com) is a new mascara from Honest Beauty. The formula features a blue tinted primer on one side and a volumizing mascara on the other. The primer helps the mascara adhere better to the lashes and also makes the black pigment in the mascara pop. It's a natural formula featuring castor oil that helps promote lash growth. I also like how even after two coats there's absolutely no crunchy feeling or flaking.
