The Revlon x Megan Thee Stallion Makeup Collection is a new, limited edition launch from Revlon featuring some beautiful metallics and bold but wearable colors focussing on the eyes. The collection includes a limited edition Big Bad Eyeshadow Palette ($14.99; ulta.com) with a mix of mattes, metallics and toppers. The eyeshadows are very pigmented and also buildable, with minimal fallout. I did use a flat brush with these but they go on smooth and blend nicely. The So Fierce Vinyl Eyeliners ($9.99; ulta.com) are super smooth, silky eyeliners that deposit bold color in one stroke. I loved these for a quick smokey eye on the waterline and lash line and they stayed put until removed with an oil based makeup remover. The So Fierce Chrome Ink Eyeliner ($11.99; ulta.com) is a super metallic, creamy powder liner that goes on like a cream product and the texture is very blendable and the glitter/shimmer doesn’t move around. It also looks great on the lower lash line while adding a pop of shimmer. While not the most pigmented in one stroke, it is quite buildable.
I love both the So Fierce! Big Bad Lash and the So Fierce! Mascaras (($10.49 each; ulta.com) in this collection and think they are both fabulous for length, volume and curl. The Big Bad Lash especially has been a recent favorite of mine that helps my short, stubby lashes look very voluminous and fanned out. While I’m not big on liquid liners, I really like the tip of the Colorstay Liquid Eye Pens ($10.99; ulta.com) that helps with a winged liner without too much effort. It also stays put and is a jet black color that I love! Overall, such a nice collection with some limited edition and promoted pieces, but definitely includes some of Revlon’s best sellers!
