3 Pink Beauty Buys from Elemis, C’est Moi Beauty and The Better Skin Co for the month of October that are amazing products and also give back to a good cause.
Elemis’ Limited Edition Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm Supersize ($99; elemis.com) is a new version of the classic Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm which is one of my favorite makeup removers. This one is rose scented, and designed in collaboration with Lily and Lionel. It cleanses the same way as the original and has a lovely, calming rose fragrance. It comes with a soft wash cloth, but I also follow up with a second cleanser. I did find this one to be a tad sensitive around the eye area, while I had no problems with the original for eye makeup removal. Just something to keep in mind if you have sensitive skin. Elemis has pledged to donate $25,000 to The Pink Agenda through October and this is a fabulous product with a great cause.
C’est Moi Beauty and The Better Skin Co. are two brands new to me. The C’est Moi Beauty Luminary Lip Crayon ($9.99; target.com) in True is a gorgeous, glossy mid tone pink with a wash of color and lots of shine. The formula wears comfortably and is quite hydrating. 20% of sales from all of C’est Moi’s Lip products go to the American Cancer Society through the month of October. The Better Skin Co. Better Skin Amaze Balm ($36; thebetterskinco.com) is an all purpose cream for all skin types. It has a mild citrus scent and moisturizes beautifully. There’s a rich, balmy feel that leaves skin feeling super soft to the touch. Also perfect for cuticles, knees and elbows. This one featured here is the Limited Edition Pink Gold Amaze Balm and 100% of the proceeds go to Young Survival Coalition.
