Carice ’s new Fall-Winter collection has a few new and interesting products launching for face, eyes and lips. I tried out a few of them and think they’re great budget friendly picks. Here's a quick roundup with photos, swatches!
The Galactic Highlighting Drops ($10.99; ulta.com) is a liquid highlighter with a gorgeous sheen and very little shimmer. I like to use it more like a primer, mixed in with foundations or just as a light layer after my primer. It gives a really nice, lit from within glow to the skin.
The Precious Pigments ($5.99; ulta.com) are loose eye shadows that are packed with shimmer and are very reflective. These don’t come with a sifter, so they can get slightly messy, but look great when patted on using a flat brush.
The Pure Pigments Lip Lacquer ($7.99; ulta.com) is a shiny, full coverage liquid lipstick that comes in six shades. Its a thicker formula that stays put for a good few hours and isn’t drying or matte.
The Light Illusion Loose Powder in Yellow Matt ($8.99; ulta.com) is a yellow toned loose powder that is great for medium-dark skin tones, especially if you don’t like the powdery-ashy look that comes with setting your makeup. Its a good one to use under the eyes as well and there’s no flashback and it neutralizes really well.
The Light In A Box ($14.99; ulta.com) is a highlighter palette with peachy golden tones. It isn’t too glitter packed, looks quite natural when used with a floppy brush and the colors are flattering on most skin tones!
