Artis’ Elite Palm Brush in Mirror Finish ($65; artisbrush.com) is a well crafted, multitasking brush made with soft synthetic fibers called CosmoFibre, from which all of Artis’ eye and face brushes are made. Its a small brush that fits perfectly into the palm and is very dense, soft and extremely well made. The chrome top finish of this Mirror Collection also has a dome with a good grip that helps buff product in while giving you great precision and control. Artis recommends this for bronzers, powders, and all over colors such as self-tanners for face and body. I love the construction of this brush and how easy it is to use. I like it with powder/cream bronzers and sheer face powders. It does feel quite dense so I prefer it with sheer products than pigmented ones. It buffs in product beautifully and is great for all over the face and neck application with a streak-free finish. Like all of the Artis brushes, this one washes and wears well, but takes a long time to dry because of the dense fibres. That apart, its a very useful, multitasking tool to have if you like to buff powder products in, especially if they are sheer and you want a little more of product to be deposited without looking cakey or streaky.
