A few new to me products, wallet friendly and under $15 with some quick thoughts!
Pixi LipLift Max ($14; target.com) is a lip plumping lip gloss with a nice sheen and beautiful plush texture. I wish there was a little less of the minty tingle, but it still is a great gloss by itself or to layer and the colors I tried are gorgeous! It does plump a little, but moisturizes really well and adds a lot of glossiness.
Avalon Organics Wrinkle Therapy Cleansing Oil ($12.99; Avalonorganics.com)is a new budget friendly cleansing oil from Avalon. Its a nice one to use with a wash cloth, great emollient texture and gets rid of most makeup. It does however make my eyes burn a tad, but that apart, its a great pick for the price. I would recommend a second cleanse afterwards, but it is not drying and isn’t very greasy for a cleansing oil.
To The Core & Verdure are two new colors from Dermelect’s Fall Unearthed Collection ($14 each; dermelect.com). They’re both beautiful for fall, the formula was nicely opaque in two coats and dried super fast!
Curel Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer ($7.99; target.com) is one to be applied on wet skin, post shower and toweled off. Its very moisturizing, quite lightweight and doesn’t feel greasy at all. I’m not a fan of the medicinal scent though, but its a nice one to try for itchy winter skin or when you prefer something that doesn’t need too much rubbing into the skin.
Burt’s Bees Ginger Spice Lip Balm ($3.29; target.com) is a new seasonal lip balm from Burt’s Bees. Its a lovely spicy flavor that is warming. Its a nice lip balm to maintain lips, not a miracle cure and the small purse size is very convenient.
