Tuscan Soul La Corte Eau de Parfum ( ($190; saksfifthavenue.com) is a new launch from Salvatore Ferragamo, a floral oriental fragrance with notes of Jasmine Absolute, Almond Milk, White Lily, Iris, Vanilla Bourbon Absolute and White Amber. The packaging is absolutely beautiful and the fragrance pays homage to Tuscan History where ideas, arts and life were shaped and brought to their maximum splendor. Although a unisex scent, the notes leans a tad towards the feminine side. The opening is very fresh, not too heady and quite floral.- quite a bit of the Jasmine, Iris and White Lily with a touch of the Almond Milk is what I get. The dry down is rich and creamy, the delicious vanilla kicks in as the fragrance dries down, along with the sensual amber. Its definitely a year-round fragrance for me that has fabulous longevity and sillage!
