Full Kisses ($30; sephora.com) is a new launch from Burberry Beauty, a full coverage, creamy lipstick line that comes in a chubby, twist up pen. I picked up Nude, an almost perfect nude, a brown rose that covers my lip pigmentation and turns up almost like how it looks on the bullet. The formula is amazing, very smooth, moisturizing and sculpting in a nice way. It adds a certain fullness to lips and sits comfortably without feeling too heavy for a full coverage lip color. The packaging, however, is terrible. The lipstick bullet does not twist all the way down, so there’s a chance the top could get snapped off every time the tube is opened. I completely snapped the top off when I opened it for the very first time. The packaging issue apart, the product is really among the nicest opaque lipsticks I’ve tried. I’m not a big fan of full coverage lipsticks, but I really like Full Kisses. Nude especially is a gorgeous nude that won’t wash you out and the satin finish stays put for about 5-6 hours fading a bit after the 3 hour mark. Overall, definitely worth trying at least a shade or two, but the wasteful packaging definitely needs to be fixed.
