The Eight Hour Cream All-Over Miracle Oil by Elizabeth Arden ($28; elizabetharden.com) is a new launch, a dry oil for the face, body and hair. Its a very lightweight oil with a blend of Tsubaki Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Ginger Root Extract, Vitamin E, Olive, Avocado and Sunflower Seed Oils. Apart from being an all over body oil, I also like it for a multitude of uses - as a cuticle oil, quick fix to tame flyways, post shave moisturizer, even a little bit before makeup to add a boost of moisture. The oil comes in a spray form and has a beautiful floral scent that isn’t too strong. Its a lovely oil for all seasons, doesn’t feel greasy and dries to nothing, yet feels moisturizing. While it is one to be used by itself, I would still mix it in with a moisturizer in the winter. The packaging is light, easy to travel with and practical. Overall, I’m absolutely loving it as a multipurpose oil and would definitely recommend if you are looking for an all over dry oil with a great fragrance!
