Burberry Nude Powder ($50; sephora.com) is a sheer, luminous pressed setting powder, that is great over light bases when you want a natural finish without the powdery look. It is also great on top of very pigmented, full coverage foundations, especially when you only want a light layer to set makeup in place.
Nude Powder is very finely milled, super smooth to the touch, almost like a cream product. For a powder, it doesn’t have too much of fall out and I love to use Chanel’s #1 Powder Brush with it whether I want to just dust it like a finishing powder or buff the product in. I use the shade Ochre No. 20, which is quite the perfect match for me and I love it especially with Burberry’s BB cream. It is talc and fragrance free and the finish is slightly luminous with a subtle sheen without being too dewy or too matte. It also comes with a small sponge which I have’t used at all, but I assume its one to use when you want heavier application. The powder itself is super lightweight and blends in seamlessly and the texture is very hard to overdo. Overall, if you are looking for a setting powder with very less coverage, but a slightly luminous, very natural looking finish, give the Burberry Nude Powder a try!
