Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Rose Eau de Parfum ($92.99 at FragranceNet.com) is a fresh fruity floral, with notes of pink champagne, peach tree blossom, musk and amber among other slightly more fruity notes.The opening is more fruity than floral and the dry down is quite musky, yet not too strong. The creaminess from the musk adds a bit of softness to the fruity top notes with just a touch of floral. The scent gets less strong after the first couple of hours and the longevity is average on me on a not so hot day. Its an everyday fragrance that can be worn all through the year. A fun, flirty, light, feminine fragrance that is fresh, not too loud and one that would appeal to a lot of age groups.
