Fresh’s newest addition is the Fresh Sugar Fig Lip Treatment with SPF 15 ($22.50; sephora.com), a pearlescent wine tint and the perfect fall color for anyone who doesn’t want super dark lips, but would still like a hint of something deeper. The packaging is lovely, just like other Fresh Tinted Lip Treatments and the color is a wash of plum with a pearly shine on my lips. I think the full sizes of the Fresh Lip Treatments are better off packaging wise than the smaller, deluxe sizes since they tend to break off. Fig is a lovely color for this season and the formula is good to maintain lips soft with just a hint of color. I did find that a little bit of shimmer was left behind once the color fades, but nothing major. The scent is really nice and not overwhelming, the same scent found in most Fresh Lip Treatments. Overall, though, I love the color,its quite unique and perfect for someone who likes the deeper tint in a swipe and go formula.
