Dolce & Gabbana Perfect Mono Cream Eye Colours ($36) are a new launch from the brand that come in 14 beautiful shades, in matte and shimmery finishes. I love cream shadows and these are among the very best ones I’ve tried! Being the neutrals lover that I am, I picked up Bronze, which is a shimmery bronzy brown that is rich, gorgeous and just perfect to swipe all over the lid.

The Mono Cream eyeshadows come packaged beautifully in a tiny pot and the packaging feels rather heavy and luxurious. The texture is smooth, silky, creamy with great color payoff. I like to swipe it all over the lid with my fingers or a flat shader brush and blend the edges away with a fluffy brush. The finish is cream to powder and once set, the shadow does not budge. Its quite forgiving on dry lids as well and doesn’t need a primer at all. Since Bronze is quite a neutral color, it makes for a great base for most browns, bronzes and golds. I like wearing it on its own, paired with some brown liner, black kohl along the waterline with lots of mascara. Thats a quick, easy and effortless look I almost, always go for. The Dolce & Gabbana Mono Cream Eye Shadows have some amazing colors, including a blackened purple called Dahlia, which is one to definitely check out, other than Bronze. Overall, pricey, but amazing quality, gorgeous textures and definitely something I’ll be buying more of.
