I've been absolutely loving these two fabulous, fragrance-free products from LIERAC. I've never tried much of the brand before and now I'm so impressed with these, I really want to look into more, skincare wise!
LIERAC Double Care Refreshing Makeup Remover For Eyes & Lashes ($24; lierac-usa.com) is a super gentle remover enriched with biotin that gets rid of tough eye makeup without drying out the delicate eye area. Its packaged in a beautiful spray bottle, so there's no product mess or waste. Plus, its also useful for spraying onto a q-tip for cleaning up any makeup mistakes. I usually spray a couple of spritz' on a cotton pad, place it on my eyes and wipe away any makeup. It takes a bit of time to get rid of anything too tough, like waterproof mascara, but everything else comes off quick and clean. No oily residue or film left behind either. Its among the most gentle removers I've tried, and doesn't leave the eye area feeling too thirsty for moisturizer.
The LIERAC Magnificence Precision Eye Care ($49; lierac-usa.com) is a gel-cream texture that comes packaged in a twist up tube, with a brush applicator. Its a pink hued cream that when massaged, becomes transparent, so no concealer-like effect here, which is good. I only needed a tiny bit for both the eyes and the luxurious texture sinks in super fast - just pat on a little bit and the product absorbs in without much effort at all. The only problem though, is that since its not a transparent tube, there's no way to look for how much product is left. As for how well it treats dark circles and fine lines, I'd say I could see a difference in the way my under eye skin feels. Its much smoother, softer and my concealer doesn't cake as much, but I would have to use it for longer to see any effects with my perennial dark circles. That apart, its a fabulous cream to try. Heavy eye creams give me milia and tiny bumps around the eyes, and none from LIERAC Magnificence so far. If you are looking for a gentle eye cream that isn't extremely rich, but manages to deliver and one that doesn't leave behind any kind of a residue, try the LIERAC Magnificence!
