The White Magic Holiday 2013 Collection by Laura Mercier features a new formula of the Brilliant Glace ($24; lauramercier.com) in three limited edition shades. Pink Prism is a medium pink with a green shift. The color is rather shimmery, with a high shine finish and the formula is comfortable. * Press Sample
I find Pink Prism to be rather unique, but also quite sheer. The color looks like a light wash of shimmer with just a hint of green on my very pigmented lips. Its not something I'd wear on its own, as the color looks better topped off over a lipstick. Brilliant Glace is similar in formula to the Lip Glace by Laura Mercier and feels quite comfortable and moisturizing. The collection also features a couple of other colors which seem a tad more pigmented and wearable on its own. If you do plan to pick up Pink Prism and don't have very pigmented lips, the green can look a little more obvious though. Overall, really nice formula, non sticky and wears well, I do wish the color showed up a little more pink on my lips.

Beautiful color! I think wearing it alone is best since it gives that prismatic shine which is so amazing!!
