Just a quick post to talk about a few of my favorite berry and plum lip glosses for fall. Most of these are in a formula that can be applied sheer or layered on for more color. I love a good berry/mauve lip, but can't deal with overly pigmented glosses, so these are my top picks!
Dior Addict Gloss in Night Fantasy & Atout Coeur - Night Fantasy is probably my favorite gloss among the darker colors I own. Its a deep plum with some golden shimmer. The color is absolutely beautiful and Dior's brush applicator makes it super easy to apply. Atout Coeur is more of a mauve-y plum, but also a perfect pick for fall, especially when layered over a plum based lip liner!
BUXOM Full Bodied Lip Gloss in Sha-Bang & BUXOM Lip Polish Michelle - The Full Bodied Glosses don't tingle unlike the other glosses from BUXOM and Sha-Bang is one of the more pigmented colors. The color is deep enough to show through my unevenly pigmented lips, even as a sheer wash. Michelle on the other hand is quite sheer, but the color layers beautifully for a perfectly wearable berry lip.
Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Gloss in Ruby Moon - These glosses by Burt's Bees are quite sticky, which is the only downside to them. The formula as such is very moisturizing. Ruby Moon has very finely milled gold shimmer that adds a lovely dimension to the darker gloss base.
