Too Faced's new Holiday 2013 collection, Joy To The Girls, features some fabulous new palettes and value sets. The "Jingle All The Way" ($25; Sephora stores; sephora.com; toofaced.com) Pop-Out Palette and Phone Case, is a compact palette with 11 eye shadows, a shimmery bronzer, a pink blush that comes along with a fancy little iPhone 5 case, designed  by celebrity decorator and TV personality Mary McDonald. *Press Sample

The shadows in the palette are all beautiful - they are quite tiny in size, just about small enough to fit a shadow brush in there, but the textures feel great and blend amazingly well. The blue shadow on the third row was the only sheer one, apart from which everything else was pretty pigmented and very smooth, with a manageable amount of fallout. I'm happy the palette only has powder products - smaller palettes like these get really messy when cream products are included in them. The bronzer is quite shimmery, but works as a blush on my skintone. The blush is a gorgeous pink that adds a very natural flush of color when used light handed. As for the iphone5 case, it fits well, but is just a fancy case that isn't guaranteed to protect your phone. Overall, its a cute little palette with a nice price tag and the eye shadows in particular are of really nice quality and the colors are all something I'd reach out to quite a bit.
