The Pretty Rebel Eye Shadow Palette ($46; Press Sample), new for fall from Too Faced, is a beautiful, highly pigmented, limited-edition eye shadow palette with 10 gorgeous neutrals and jewel tones. The selection of colors are fabulous and the shadows have a buttery smooth texture with hardly any fallout.
Dainty and Charming are two nice basic mattes - Dainty is great for softening the edges and Charming is the perfect matte brown for the outer corners. Total Fetch is a hot pink duo chrome that looks great on the lower lash line for a color pop - I'm just not bold enough to try it any other way! Girly is the most unique - its a gorgeous green/brown duo chrome with a lovely metallic sheen. It looks fabulous on the lid just by itself! The other metallic browns, greys and golds are just as beautiful and can be paired with the matte brown for an easy, everyday look. Every single shade of eye shadow in the Pretty Rebel Palette looks great as a sheer wash or can be built up without having to worry about fallout. I din't use a primer with these while I was testing them out and most of the shades lasted a good 6-7 hours on me, with just a little bit of creasing around the outer corners, after that. Overall, fantastic palette, blendable, super soft textures and amazing pigmentation!
