John Frieda Luxurious Volume Touchably Full line, designed specifically for fine hair, helps add volume and softness without the heavy feel. The shampoo claims to add volume boosters as it cleanses and the conditioner detangles and adds shine. **Press Samples
The Shampoo ($5.49) is sulfate based (SLES) and cleanses pretty well without stripping hair too much. The conditioner is light and adds quite a bit of moisture without weighing hair down. I have moderately fine hair that gets frizzy easily and my problem with volumizing hair products have been how very dry they leave my hair, in the process of adding a bit of volume. Not to mention the crazy amount of frizz. For a volumizing duo, I like this shampoo & conditioner a lot! The shampoo is clear and quite runny & rinses squeaky clean. The conditioner ($5.49) is light, not too thick, and the silicones leave hair soft, detangled and manageable, sans any frizz. The only problem I have with these is the very strong scent they have. Its a little too much and can linger on for a few hours. That apart, its great for the price and leaves hair bouncy, curls better defined, without weighing it down too much. Of the two, I like the conditioner a little more than the shampoo.
