Smashbox's new "It's A Wrap" Waterproof Makeup Remover ($20) is a dual phase makeup remover that gently gets rid of most stubborn, budge proof makeup. Just shake the solution to activate, take some on a cotton pad and remove - as easy as that!
It's A Wrap is one of the most fastest and powerful makeup removers I've tried in a while. It removes tough lip stains, waterproof mascara and eyeliner quick and effectively. I like it more as an eye makeup remover than all over my face. The formula is quite gentle - there was no burning or stinging and my skin din't feel one bit dry afterwards. My only gripe with this makeup remover is the oily film it leaves behind. Smashbox recommends just rinsing with warm water afterwards, but I like to use a cleanser to get rid of the film. And if you have oily skin, I definitely would recommend using a cleanser. The bottle looks quite small, especially considering its not just for the eyes, but you only need a little each time - I've been using it for a good couple of weeks and I still have a whole lot of it left!
Overall, a very convenient and effective makeup remover that gets rid of any sort of stubborn makeup, waterproof or not. I have pretty sensitive skin & I din't have any problems with dryness or redness. Just be sure to wash off the residue it leaves behind with a gentle cleanser and you'll have squeaky clean skin!
Have you tried the Smashbox It's A Wrap Waterproof Makeup Remover?
