Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Gloss

The Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Gloss ($9 each ; Press Sample) is a new spring launch from the brand that comes in 12 shiny, glossy shades. The colors range from shimmery, pinky nudes to deep, dark reds and plums.

All glosses are quite shimmery and have a slight sticky texture that makes them wear a good 4 hours on my lips. The sponge applicator picks up very less product - that's particularly a problem with the lighter colors as they are quite sheer. Also since the lighter pinks and nudes are quite sheer, they all look alike on my lips. The darker colors pack quite a color punch and show up really well, covering up any uneven pigmentation. These glosses have a faint fruity scent - its not the most amazing smell, but dissipates quickly. I love how smooth these go on and leave lips feeling super nourished and moisturized. There's a lot of shine to these glosses and the reflective glitter adds a nice dimension to lips. Although a tad sticky, it does feel quite comfortable and light. Overall, I think its a great gloss for the price and color range seems pretty impressive too!
