Lee Stafford's Argan Oil Deep Nourishing Treatment ($14.99) is an after shampoo, deep conditioning mask that helps restore life back to stressed tresses. Made with Pro-Argan™ complex, this Deep Nourishing Treatment also claims to help keep frizz controlled, making hair more manageable and strong.
Unlike a lot of deep conditioning masks, this one feels quite light and less thick. It does have Argan Oil listed among the top four ingredients and has a strong smell that most argan oil based products have, which I'm not very fond of. It is quite strong but thankfully doesn't linger around for a very long time. The texture spreads easily on wet hair, has the slip most silicone based products have so, I would suggest keeping it away from the scalp. I apply a good scoop on my hair, concentrating on the ends. I leave it on for about 5-7 minutes and then wash off. It washes off extremely well without any residue. You could leave it on longer if your hair does not have the tendency to get weighed down easily.
If you like lighter masks that don't leave a waxy residue, but do a pretty good job of nourishing hair, this one is a good product to add to your hair care arsenal. Like I said earlier, you could leave it on for 10-15 mins if you have extremely dry hair and need some extra hydration. I always follow up with an anti-frizz cream or serum so I'm not sure how well this would help control frizz. But, it does add a good amount of shine, leaves ends looking healthy and de-tangled. For the price, when used about once or twice a week, the tub will last you quite a while!
