I love how weightless it feels and how easy and quick it is to use .It is also silicone and sulfate free and doesn't leave a film or layer behind. Living proof recommends using this after shampoo and conditioner. The Perfect Hair Day line is one of my favorite lines from Living Proof and this product is no exception. I use very little for my medium length hair that is fine, yet frizzy. My roots do tend to get oily and the ends dry. I like how easy this is to wash off. The totally weightless texture doesn’t weigh my hair down or feel greasy. The shine is amazing and hair feels silkier, easy to manage and overall healthy. I can see this working well on most hair types and love how easy it is to use in the shower probably once a week.
